The beach was dope for snorkeling and canoeing, we had a sick time exploring the underwater world. And let me tell you about the Phuket Weekend Market and Ratsada Pier, they were the bomb! So many cool activities to do, like shopping for funky clothes and trying delicious street food. Can't wait to party it up again!
Yo, if there was one thing we could've asked for, it would be a lit party scene at the resort. Don't get me wrong, the vibe was chill, but us young party-goers were craving some wild nights with pumping music and cool peeps.

Appreciated fashionable rooms.
I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a laptop-compatible safe, flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. Variety of food for breakfast, it was nice. The place had a special atmosphere. Location: the hotel was short walk to Ao Yon beach, the touristy areas and fantastic restaurants such as the Blue Elephant...

we stayed here before, always well-designed rooms with great bathroom. attentive and amicable staff suggested restaurants. the venue's position was remote. also, panwa beach was 1 mile away.
Some of the staff were very inexperienced.

The rooms at The Mooring Resort are super cozy, with all the amenities you could want like a desk, kettle, fridge, and minibar. Feels like a home away from home! The free WiFi in the air-conditioned rooms is a major plus, keeping you connected throughout your stay. No need to worry about missing out on anything. Each room is individually furnished and has thoughtful touches like separate sitting areas and luxuriously soft bathrobes. It's those little details that make all the difference. I loved having a seating area in my room, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring. Some rooms even have a patio with a pool view, providing a serene and scenic backdrop for your stay. The private entrance in the double room adds an extra level of privacy and convenience. Plus, that view and electric kettle just make mornings even better.
Personally, I would have preferred if all the rooms had air conditioning. But hey, some people might enjoy that natural breeze.

I recently stayed at a lovely resort in Phuket called The Mooring. It was a perfect retreat in a calm and tranquil corner of the island, away from the touristy areas. The resort had a beautiful, almost private beach that provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated in a laidback coastal style. The resort also had an eco-friendly ethos, which was reflected in the nearby restaurant, The Cove, where we enjoyed fantastic fusion cuisine and incredible cocktails. it was a wonderful experience staying at The Mooring Resort.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊

The hotel was near a secluded bay south of the hustle and bustle of Phuket, and the nearby restaurant, The Cove-a fantastic place with friendly staff, fusion cuisine and incredible cocktails thanks to its unbeatable and quiet location.

The Mooring Resort is my go-to place in Cape Panwa. Friendly staff, great currency advice, and all the amenities I need. Wi-Fi, pool, beach access, massages, and even a children's play area. Can't wait to return for the weekend!

The hotel has a great location, offering peace and quiet for those seeking a relaxing break. The rooms are modern and kept very clean by the friendly staff. The hotel also offers a private beach which is perfect for guests to enjoy a bit of solitude away from the crowds. the hotel is committed to sustainability and uses eco-friendly alternatives, which is appreciated.
Due to its isolated location, there aren't many dining options nearby, and the hotel's restaurant is a bit pricey. The hotel also lacks in amenities compared to larger beachfront resorts, such as a simple pool and limited services.

Quiet location. Great staff. Chinese-speaking staff. Supportive Whatsapp connection. Well-designed rooms. Calm surroundings. Direct access to the beach. Nice swimming pool.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Our recent stay at a beachfront resort was a peaceful escape directly on the beach, providing great views of the sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice furniture and ornaments. The staff were lovely, friendly, and caring, always ensuring our comfort. We loved the free kayas and sun beds on the beach, perfect amenities for relaxing days.
There were limited dining options nearby, and the restaurant only offered pricier meals.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The elegant furnishings and lovely artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were also well-maintained and clean, perfect for a senior like me to navigate easily. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and ensured that I had everything I needed during my stay. They were like my own personal concierge, always ready to assist with a smile. It made me feel so well taken care of.
One small thing that would have made my vacation even better as a senior would have been the availability of handrails in some areas. It would have provided extra support and stability, especially when navigating stairs or getting in and out of the pool.
